I am a huge fan of the Big Bang, so this post might sound a little bias, but seriously GDragon is one of the most talented members of the group, actually all the 5 members are super talented, LOL. I can't say how much I love his new album COUP D'ETAT. This is his solo album, and he has released about 4 solo albums in total, including the collaboration album with TOP (another member of the Big Bang and also super talented) and EP. This album consist of a number of recently released tracks which most (who actually listens to him or Big Bang would have known/heard of it) especially Michi Go and Crayon.

I have included this song and this is one of my favorite tracks even though there isn't an MV for it. I find myself weird as I listen and like songs which normally people go gaga over those that the artist released an MV for it. As for me, I listen the entire album and identify which track I love the most aside from those that he released as singles. Singles, definitely have to be the great ones, else they won't be released as singles, make sense?

So this is R.O.D featuring with Lydia Paek. Don't ask me who is she, for I have no idea who is she. I am 100% towards Big Bang and they're the only group who I totally love in the Kpop scene/world. Enjoy! ^^

I am finally on iOS 7. I know its been what, about 2 days since Apple released the iOS 7 but I just wanna preserve the whole iPhone look. iOS 7 is the start of the a new look,  which many people say that it looks like Android, Apple is copying Android. Yea, well from the two statements, you're able to identify which team (Team iPhone and Team Android) said which right? Obviously, "It looks like Android" is said by Team iPhone and "Apple is copying Android" said by Team Android. To be honest, I feel people from Team Android persisting that Team Android is so so much better is just... annoying. Plain annoying. Like what are you trying to prove here, that Android is better than Apple now? Does it matter whose Team you're in? All they know is just to get your money and it doesn't matter. I use both Android and Apple devices, I love both. Yes, I may seem to be more of the Team Apple side but I do love a few things in Android. Yes, the current looks may look like the Android system, but who cares right?


Whatever it is, I'm sure the iPhone users love the new iOS.. because I do. I really really do because the new look is really sleek and simple. I was initially disappointed with the looks of my wallpaper, both the lockscreen and the home screen because they zoomed the wallpapers! However, after learning that I'm able to "unzoom" them just by turning off the Reduce Motion, all thanks to a friend of mine. Initially, I thought that function is just to off the 3D viewing of the screens, which I totally love playing with and I played with it for a good 10 minutes Lol. I'm pretty much easily amazed by little things, I know!

I'll show my new phone screens, and yes I had to change my beloved wallpaper because the status bar is transparent and the wordings on the status bar is in white. My wallpaper which I made has white parts, making the wordings on the status bar not readable at all. I'm so sad! So I had to go on and find other wallpaper! :( I'm so so sad! I had to change my lockscreen as well because the words of the wallpaper didn't fall nicely on the empty space. Bleah!



I love how things are translucent in this iOS so I can have pink things everywhere on my phone!



And white, I totally dotes white things! It's so pure looking! How can I not love this new look!


I just love how the translucent screens make it look like paddle pop! HEHE Paddle pop is the multi pastel colored ice cream for those who doesn't know about it! :D


I really feel like eating my iPhone right now, especially after seeing these screens! Its strawberry cream ice cream! HEHEHE

Even the multitasking is pretty! I love the music app!


I just love everything about this iOS 7! Except the transitions because I hate transitions, but I'm getting used to it, slowly.



Now for something which makes me happy apart from the new look on my phone!

Aside from the iOS 7, I got myself a rotating tablet case, a matching one with bestfriend because she recently got herself a Google Nexus (yay!) and obviously she needs a case, stylus and a screen protector!


I'm sure you can identify which is her tablet and which is mine! HEHE I love this case even when its not pink, and I have to admit that this is my first non pink case ever! Achievement accomplished! Lol


Even mummy is loving the tablet with this case, come on it just made using the tablet much more easier because you don't have to hold on it and you can choose to use it vertically or horizontally! ^^

Recently I got this super cute tote as well. It's love at first sight!

I've recently turned 23! I'm getting old, oh no! Lol!


Okay, not exactly, its a belated post lol. My birthday is on the September 11.

This year, has been quite a journey for me. Both the good and the bad. There are many things which I wish I didn't say or do, but I did anyway. Usually people would say that it's a journey of life where you learn from them. Make mistakes, learn from them. I think I've made enough mistakes this year already, and I've been running away from them for quite a while.


Enough with the miserable side of my year, I don't usually voice such issues in my life.


This year, I had to go to school because I had lessons which I can't view at the comfort of home, speaking of which I have one to watch (Self Reminder). I remembered I skipped school last year because I had a date with baby and his friends to celebrate my birthday at Universal Studios Singapore (USS). I was super hyped and I still remember the excitement till this date. :D Because this year was kinda busy for me, with school, and it falling on the day which is in the middle of the week, it's quite difficult to spare a share of my time with my loved ones, but I managed well! :)

The night before my birthday, my family decided to surprise me with a birthday dinner at BBQ Chicken. It's been a while since the family went out for dinner, or even had a proper dinner together. the last was during the first day of Eid Mubarak. Well, we're a busy family, parents with their busy schedule, brothers busy with school and tuition, and myself, school, projects and mainly catching up my missed lectures. So I'm very blessed to have this dinner and time with my precious family.

On my birthday day itself, was one of the most shocking days ever, and I mean THE MOST SHOCKING DAY EVER! Never I expect a friend of mine, to actually be there, surprising me. He's one of the last few people that I would ever expect, but I am truly touched! Thank you Ashraf :D

The group image is kinda blurish, thanks to the guy who helped us take that picture. I guess he doesn't know how to use an iPhone camera or something. I'm still mad annoyed with him.


The Awfully Chocolate cake which my two great friends surprised me with! Totally got me there, and thank you so much Ashraf and Fila! I love you guys so much, for making my day!

After this, I thought that was kind of the end of my surprise, at least for the day because I am still waiting for the surprise which baby has been keeping from me. I love surprised, but I hate them at the same time, especially when its from baby because he has the tendency to drop a big hint on me and leave me hanging, guessing what it is. I hate to guess because baby's not gonna help me at all. He's just the one who loves to annoy me oh so damn much. But I still love him to pieces HAHA

After eating the cake, and thinking that things will be pretty much normal after that and of course the meeting with Tas, Jah and Kak Yaya (first time meeting Kak Yaya though haha) but anything with my bestfriend, will definitely make my day!

Just as I ended my Chinese lesson, I head over to JP to meet Fila there since she was there after I left for my Chinese class. Once again, I was surprised with another gift from her! A pink Microsoft wireless mouse and a disney princess lettering stickers, thank you so much babe! Just what I need because my current wireless mouse is kinda.... cray cray. However I think it's because of the Mac hardware or something.

So I'm very pleased that I got this mouse to replace my cray cray mouse, which I will probably use when I'm using my Samsung netbook when its ready to be used and after I send for repair.. which I foresee happening in about 2-3 weeks later because its a busy busy 2 weeks ahead! I have tests/mid terms! :(


Surprise, surprise with my bestfriend Tas! I had Ramen because I was dead craving for it for quite a while already! This ramen, Tom Yam Ramen actually made me cry because it's too spicy, but I still love it. Love is painful, lol!
Ps. Just by looking at the picture, it makes me wanna get it again. Haish.


Sweet surprise from my dearest girlfriend! Was totally not prepared for it. I didn't see them coming actually. I think because I was too full. Either that or really content with my Ramen, lol! Those 3 ladies really did managed to surprise me. Congratulations. I am usually aware of my surroundings, except this once!


Lastly, this, this made me questioned so much, how did my bestfriend knows what I want. HEHEHE



AND I HAVE TWO MICE, THEY'RE BOTH PINK. HOW HAPPIER CAN A COMPUTER SCIENCE GIRL GET? LOL Afterall, this is the mouse which I wanted to get in the first place. I am so so happy!

Thank you for everything my dearest bestfriend, and now I'm looking forward to another proper meeting with my 2 bestfriends, Tas and Aiiesyah! Because this day, my bestfriend had Zumba lol!



And finally the 3rd part of my birthday celebration, with baby! A lunch date, a surprise and a movie date. How perfect is that! ♥


Baby surprised me with lunch at Yellow Submarine! YAY! Super happy girl, to which he tortured me by having me to walk around Toa Payoh area, for reasons which only God knows why! Lol He is definitely the one person whom I can only tolerate. He loves to annoy me but I love him endlessly.

Yellow Submarine was ok, not so bad. I love the cheese fries. Two combination of food that I love. Cheese and potato. Heh I'm getting fat!


Finally the gift from baby! Victoria's Secret, something I didn't expect at all. But I love the gifts so so much. It's a wallet and a set of travel makeup pouches, which I didn't take any pictures of! They're so pretty and classy, damn. Thank you baby love.


I got myself a present too. I got myself the docking station which I've wanted, Sony Docking Station and I love it so so much!


I couldn't be any more happier this year. I love everyone who was there to be part of my birthday, thank you.

Since my birthday falls on the date which tragically killed many people... although its been 12 years since that day, my heart still goes out to the people who had to lose their loved ones. I will never forget this part of 9/11, will always be the day that will always be in heart, forever and always.

The Chinese celebrate Lantern festival and this is my first time going to the NTU's Mid Autumn Festival. Usually I will be in the bus, on the way home when I see the festival.. So glad that this year, I managed to be part of the people who enjoyed the festival. Although it was opened to all students, because I was from Chinese class, we had direct instructions to go and join the festival.

So happy that I got the Pink lantern, without having to exchange or even ask for it! HEHE
